How does the order placed?
Contact us with the detailed description of the required photo retouching. Please, leave comments, if necessary, to each image, then our managers will discuss with you the final cost of the work.


What are the requirements to files?
We accept most of the digital formats: JPG, TIFF, PNG, PSD, RAW-format (NEF, CR2, DNG), and others.
You may pack the photos into an archive (.rar, .zip et al.) Formats such as TIFF and PSD are well compressed; other formats (JPG, PNG, RAW) can be added to the archive without compression.
We would like to draw your attention to a fact that the quality of retouching depends on the quality of your source material and its resolution.


In what format do you pass the processed photo?
Processed images are provided to the customer by default in JPEG format in RGB color model. You may request the transfer of files in TIFF, PNG or another format, leaving relevant comments when ordering. Upon request, we can also prepare a file for the web.


How long does it take to process my photos?
Deadlines of the each order are individually discussed with the manager. We are always interested in the rapid execution of the work.


How the transfer of finished files is made?
We may send finished photos through a file-exchanger, e-mail or by agreement directly through Skype.


What if I don’t like the quality of work?
Before the acceptance of the work client has the right to request all the necessary changes. Please leave enough detailed comments, so our employee will understand your expectations and improve the performance. Please remember that all the comments must be suitable for earlier level of retouching and not in the contrary to the comments to the original order.


What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the transfer of funds through the systems such as PayPal, Skrill (Moneybookers), Payoneer.
